Detailed Description:
The Oak Knoll Historic District is a collection of stately single-family residences representing architectural styles and development patterns documented in the City's Arts & Crafts and Period Revival historic context reports. Further study is required to determine contributing and non-contributing status of properties within the potential district boundaries; however, preliminary status is noted for some properties.
