Description: |
The district is in a hillside setting with several buildings located above or below street grade and five buildings obscured from view by lush landscaping. The area has winding, narrow streets and many of the houses are built at the street line. Most of the houses appear to be single story houses from the street, but have additional levels on the descending slopes. Others have garages at street grade with the house being built above on the ascending slope. The houses in the district are designed in California Ranch and mid-century modern architectural styles, including international style and post-and-beam.
