Resource Description:
An attractive bungalow court of the Tudor Revival styling, there are five buildings which make up this court. The complex is designed in a modified ā€œUā€ configuration, with the rear building of two stories while the front buildings are one story. The plan of the buildings is irregular but the Tudor styling is evident in the stucco walls and half-timbering. Some of the gables are clipped while others are not. Painted brick porch walls are featured throughout the complex. Windows are mullioned casements which are recessed, some of them having half-timber trim. The unit at the front-south end features a front bay window. Several stucco clad tapered chimneys can be seen. A walkway leads up the center and a light fixture is at the rear. The rear two story unit is a remodeled Victorian clad in half-timber and stucco. The complex features a series of oak trees at the front.
