Description: The district is located in the southwestern portion of the City of Pasadena, west of the Arroyo Seco and east of Avenue 64. It is in a hillside setting with the properties on Burleigh Drive and on the south side of La Loma Road being on the downward slope and those on the north side of La Loma Road being built onto an ascending slope. The area has lush tropical landscaping and slightly sloping streets. The houses in the district appear to be one story; many have additional floors below on the descending slope.
