From its discreet wood-sided garage, the drive curves up a steep hillside to the Bea House #2. Located on a pad above the street, the mass of its low-pitched roof dematerializes into exposed rafters, with extended eaves and structural beams framing walls of glass that connect the interior to views across the Annandale Golf Course below.
