Case Study House #10 at 711 S. San Rafael Avenue is the only house in Pasadena that was a part of the Case Study House program of Arts & Architecture magazine. The program was intended to produce affordable housing prototypes that could be replicated on other properties and involved a number of significant architects from the Modernist period.
